After helping hundreds of women in over 10 years as a Personal Trainer, I always find the thing that bothers you the most, the very thing you desire the most is self-confidence. It’s not the weight itself, you want the confidence that normally gets sparked by the weight loss.
You want to feel comfortable in your clothes again, you want to feel attractive for your partner again or just in general, because somehow over the last few months or even years you have gradually slipped with your focus on health & fitness.
I get it, it wasn’t always top on your priority list – career, kids, family, all of that can take over and that’s absolutely normal. Unfortunately though, what normally happens as a result is that you forget to look after you, you forget to put you first and all of a sudden your energy reduces, confidence diminishes and you can no longer fit into that dress you love so much.
All of this takes it’s toll and you kind of forget about it, you just carry on and tolerate your current situation, tolerate your current level of body fat, tolerate your energy levels and confidence levels. You almost become submissive to these feelings and issues.

The programme is designed for you to lose between 10-15lbs in 8 weeks or less, of course this is with the correct application of the method but that goes with anything right?
I am that confident in the programme that if you don’t make some progress I will refund you, providing you have put the work in and applied the content of course.
Unfortunately with weight loss, you cannot solve your problem with the latest fad diet, no matter what the marketers tell you. It takes hard work and it requires a bespoke approach. Yes this is a group programme however the nutrition element is completely individual to you, we manage your step count individually and we manage both of those in line with your progress each week.
Within the 8 weeks you will learn everything that you need to continue this progress, because of course this is just the beginning.
