I have been working within the industry for ten years now and my goals haven’t changed a bit. I came into the industry as a nineteen year old wanting to spend my career helping people achieve their goals.

Ten years on I am still working to this each day. One by one, client by client with small daily improvements I aim for positive change in peoples lives. I fully believe you must maintain a positive balance with health and your social life.

I will work with you to ensure that you keep that, especially in the long term. I offer a variety of services including face to face personal training, group training and online coaching.

All of my services of geared towards weight loss and they are coached in line with the three main DoTheWork principles which are nutrition, steps and exercise.

I take an individual approach with every single client whilst still applying the above principles.

It’s my absolute passion to help people achieve their weight loss goals but not because of the weight loss itself. I love it because of what it brings to their life. It sky-rockets their confidence and literally changes their outlook on life and that’s what gets me out of bed in the morning.

It’s not easy, it’s never easy, but my approach simplifies it for you so that you can DoTheWork and achieve the goals you never thought you could.
